Reach out to book Scott for a reading, workshop, or other poetry-related event. He is happy to do virtual or in-person teaching and has experience working with classes of 0-100+ students. Scott has been a guest faculty member and delivered workshops, participated in panel discussions, and given readings at national literary conferences like Poetry at Round Top, The Southern Festival of Books, and The Texas Book Festival. He has also designed poetry courses and presented craft talks on topics as far-ranging as persona poetry, successfully applying to MFA programs, place-based poetry, and working-class identity and poetics.
